Cancellations
I generally do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.

Returns + Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item and ship it back within 1 week of return confirmation. You will be responsible for return shipping unless I made an error. Due to their intimate nature, masks and undies cannot be returned. Final sale items are also not eligible for returns.

Processing + Delivery Times
I’m a one-person show which means that I create, package, and ship orders in addition to all the other business things! I try to get your orders out as soon as possible. Some of my items are ready to ship and some are made to order. Usually, a ready to ship item will get sent out within 3-5 business days. Made to order items may take longer. Check the individual products for information. If you need something quickly just send me a message, preferably before placing your order. Sometimes I am able to accommodate last minute custom orders and sometimes things are crazy around here! Just contact me and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you.

Once your order has been shipped, it will depend on where you're located as well as the speed of the post office as to how long it will take to get to you. Unfortunately, I cannot control the post office and delays do occur. I do include tracking on every order and upgrades are available during check-out if needed.


Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! If you're interested in carrying my items in your shop or on your website, fill out this application and I'll get back to you ASAP! I also sell on Faire, MatchSquare, and Bulletin.

Do you take commissions?
Yes! I've done clothing, bags, pottery, and some basic book restoration. I can work with materials you provide, or I can make recommendations. I always do free consultations for commissions so I can give you some idea about the price before you commit. Send me more info about what you're looking for or schedule a consultation and I'll let you know if it's in my wheelhouse.

Can I buy something that's out of stock?
If it's listed in my store as out of stock, you can either sign up for the waitlist on the product page or let me know that you want to pre-order. I check the waitlists for products on a monthly basis to determine which items to make more of. The pre-order work like "made to order" items and guarantees that you'll get one as soon as possible.

How long do "made to order" and "pre-order" items take?
In stock Ceramic items are ready to ship UNLESS the title says "PRE-ORDER". Count on pre-order ceramics to take up to 4-8 weeks as I need to run a full kiln load and while I'm typically always working on filling up the kiln, ceramics still require quite a bit of time including drying time, 2 kiln firings as well as waiting for the kiln to cool, and glazing time.

Made to order Fiber Art items and Journals typically take between 1-2 weeks to create, depending on my current workload. Some items are a little more time consuming and/or finicky to get right and those items will likely take longer.

All made to order, pre-order, and commission orders get added to my queue and will be made in the order they are received. If you would like me to put your order ahead in the queue, please add a "rush" listing to your cart.
