Cancellations
I generally do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
Returns + Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item and ship it back within 1 week of return confirmation. You will be responsible for return shipping unless I made an error. Due to their intimate nature, masks and undies cannot be returned. Final sale items are also not eligible for returns.
Production Times
I’m a one-person show which means that I create, package, and ship orders in addition to all the other business things! Some of my items are ready to ship and others are either made to order or pre-order. All orders get added to my queue and will be made in the order they are received.
PRE-ORDERS -- In stock ceramics are ready to ship UNLESS it says "PRE-ORDER". Count on pre-order ceramics to take up to 4-8 weeks as I need to run a full kiln load and while I'm typically always working on filling up the kiln, ceramics still require quite a bit of production time including drying time, 2 kiln firings as well as waiting for the kiln to cool, and glazing time.
MADE TO ORDER -- Made to order Fiber Art items and Journals typically take between 1-2 weeks to create, depending on my current workload. Some items are a little more time consuming and/or finicky to get right and those items will likely take longer.
If you need something quickly just send me a message, preferably before placing your order. Sometimes I am able to accommodate last minute custom orders and sometimes things are crazy around here! Just contact me and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you.
Shipping + Delivery
Ready to ship items will usually be sent out within 3-5 business days. Friday is typically the day that I package everything up and ship them out.
Once your order has been shipped, it will depend on where you're located as well as the speed of the post office as to how long it will take to get to you. Unfortunately, I cannot control the post office and delays do occur. I do include tracking on every order.
International Shipping
I offer a less expensive, flat fee international shipping option through the label service I use. This is only for specific countries which the mailer has an agreement with, so it will only show up if your location is eligible (look for "Super Saver International Shipping"). ***Please note, this option does NOT include insurance!***
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! If you're interested in carrying my items in your shop or on your website, fill out this application and I'll get back to you ASAP!
Do you take commissions?
Yes! As long as I'm not too busy
:) I've done clothing, bags, pottery, and some basic book restoration. I can work with materials you provide, or I can make recommendations. I always do free consultations for commissions so I can give you some idea about the price before you commit. Send me more info about what you're looking for and I'll let you know if it's in my wheelhouse.
Can I buy something that's out of stock?
If it's listed in my store as out of stock without the option to pre-order, you can sign up for the waitlist on the product page. I check the waitlists for products on a monthly basis to determine which items to make more of. This does not guarantee I will make more! If you really want a piece, pre-order it or contact me about a commission.
